MOL letter to IHSA 2024

Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development David Piccini has directed the IHSA (see attached letter) to continue to grant COR®2020 equivalency to firms certified under the ISO 45001:2018 standard, under subsection 22.6(1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. 22.6 (1) The Minister may direct a designated entity to take such actions as the Minister considers appropriate. 2011, c. 11, s. 8 (2).
